Terms and Conditions: What to Expect
We aim to make your reglazing day as smooth as possible. Please review our service guidelines for Toronto homeowners below.
Home Access & Preparation
We require clear access to the bathroom and a nearby workspace. All personal items, including shower curtains, rugs, and toiletries, must be removed before our arrival. Please ensure a clear path through the home.
Ventilation & Time on Site
Reglazing involves the use of specialized coatings. We use high-powered exhaust systems, but some odor is normal. Work typically takes 4–6 hours, and someone must be available to grant entry and lock up.
Post-Service Bathroom Use
The reglazed surface needs time to cure properly. Do not use the bathtub or shower for at least 24 hours. Avoid touching the wet surface or turning on water, as this will result in permanent damage to the finish.
Liability & Pre-existing Damage
Mcintosh BathtubZ is not liable for damage to old plumbing, loose tiles, or pre-existing structural issues exposed during the cleaning or etching process. Our liability is limited to the refinishing surface itself.
